Abstract
A touch vibration feedback device, comprising: a fixing member; a reciprocating driver disposed on the fixing member; the fixing mechanism is arranged on the fixing piece; the suspension piece is connected with the fixing piece through the fixing mechanism; and the touch assembly is arranged on the suspension piece. The touch vibration feedback device has the advantages that the touch vibration feedback effect is added, the user can be intuitively operated and perceived, the uniform vibration feedback effect is realized, the time for the user to see the screen or the panel to confirm whether the touch is successful is reduced, the driving safety risk is reduced, and the user satisfaction is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machinery and electricity, in particular to a touch screen or touch panel vibration feedback technology, and particularly relates to a touch vibration feedback device.
Background
Along with the wider and wider use of touch technology, more and more automobile manufacturers adopt touch screens or touch panels to trigger related functions through touch control on panels of an audio entertainment and navigation system and an air conditioner control system, and the existing vehicle-mounted touch technology can enable a user to touch and operate, but has no obvious and visual prompt on whether the operation is successful or not, so that the user sometimes needs to look down at the touch screens or the touch panels to confirm whether the operation is successful or not, and safety risks are caused to driving.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a touch vibration feedback device which can provide more direct operation feedback for a user so as to reduce driving safety risks.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a touch vibration feedback device, comprising: a fixing member; a reciprocating driver disposed on the fixing member; the fixing mechanism is arranged on the fixing piece; the suspension piece is connected with the fixing piece through the fixing mechanism; and the touch assembly is arranged on the suspension piece.
The fixing mechanism includes: the fixed base is arranged on the fixed piece; the fixed arm is connected with the suspension piece; the elastic arm is connected with the fixed base and the fixed arm.
The fixed base includes: the fixing plate is arranged on the fixing piece; the connecting plate is arranged on the fixed plate and is connected with the elastic arm; the reinforcing plate is respectively connected with the fixing plate and the connecting plate.
The elastic arm is U-shaped, W-shaped, V-shaped, N-shaped, S-shaped, X-shaped, Y-shaped or Z-shaped.
The elastic arm is made of metal; the fixed base and the fixed arm are made of plastics.
The fixed arm is provided with a positioning part.
The suspension piece is provided with a positioning plate extending towards the fixing mechanism, the positioning plate is provided with a positioning hole, and the positioning hole corresponds to the positioning part.
The fixing piece is provided with an arch-shaped mounting seat, and the position and the size of the mounting seat are matched with those of the fixing base.
The reciprocating driver is an electromagnetic coil reciprocating driver or an eccentric motor.
The touch assembly includes: a touch member; the touch piece is connected with the support piece through double faced adhesive tape, hot melt adhesive or screws, and the support piece is connected with the suspension piece; wherein the touch piece is a touch screen or a touch panel.
The touch vibration feedback device has the advantages that the touch vibration feedback effect is added, the user can be intuitively operated and perceived, the uniform vibration feedback effect is realized, the time for the user to see the screen or the panel to confirm whether the touch is successful is reduced, the driving safety risk is reduced, and the user satisfaction is improved.

Detailed Description
The touch vibration feedback device of the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the touch vibration feedback device of the present invention adopts a reciprocating driver 2 (an electromagnetic coil reciprocating driver or an eccentric motor) as a vibration feedback vibration source, the electromagnetic coil reciprocating driver 2 is placed in the center of a product, and 4 fixing mechanisms 3 are used at 4 corners to connect a suspension 4 and a fixing member 1.
The vibration part structure is connected with the suspension member 4, and comprises a touch member 5 (a touch screen or a touch panel), a support member 6, the suspension member 4 and a fixing screw, wherein double faced adhesive tape or hot melt adhesive or screw can be adopted between the touch member 5 (the touch screen or the touch panel) and the support member 6 for fixing connection, and then the touch member 5 (the touch screen or the touch panel) and the support member 6 are fixed on the suspension member 4, so that when the suspension member 4 performs reciprocating vibration, the touch member 5 (the touch screen or the touch panel) is driven to perform reciprocating vibration together, and a user can sense the feedback effect of vibration to prompt whether the operation is successful or not when performing touch operation.
The electromagnetic coil reciprocating driver 2 is fixed on the fixed member 1 while being connected with the levitation member 4. The electromagnetic coil reciprocating driver 2 can reciprocate by the driver, and the fixing part and the relative movement part of the electromagnetic coil reciprocating driver are provided with screw holes, and the electromagnetic coil reciprocating driver is connected to the corresponding fixing part 1 and the corresponding suspension part 4 through screws, so that the electromagnetic coil reciprocating driver has the function of driving the suspension part 4 to do reciprocating vibration.
The suspension member 4 is in contact with the fixing member 1 via the fixing mechanism 3. Specifically, the fixing plate 10 of the fixing base 7 is connected to the fixing member 1 by a screw, the fixing plate 10 itself is connected to one side of the elastic arm 9 by a connecting plate 11, and the other side of the elastic arm 9 is connected to the fixing arm 8. The fixing arm 8 is provided with a positioning portion 13, the suspension 4 is provided with a positioning plate 14 extending toward the fixing mechanism 3, the positioning plate 14 is provided with a positioning hole 15, and the positioning hole 15 corresponds to the positioning portion 13. During connection, the positioning part 13 is inserted into the positioning hole 15, and then the suspension piece 4 and the fixing piece 1 can be connected through screw connection. In addition, an arch-shaped mounting seat 16 with a position and a size matched with those of the fixed base 7 is arranged on the fixed piece 1, so as to improve the stability of connection and the feedback effect. Further, a reinforcing plate 12 is connected between the fixing plate 10 and the connection plate 11 to play a reinforcing role.
The elastic arm 9 is connected with the fixed base 7 and the fixed arm 8, and has a U-shape, a W-shape, a V-shape, an N-shape, an S-shape, an X-shape, a Y-shape or a Z-shape, so that the vibration effect is consistent and uniform. When the reciprocating drive 2 selects the eccentric motor 17, it is necessary to fix the eccentric motor 17 to the suspension 4.
Specifically, the control end of the reciprocating driver 2 is connected with a driving circuit (not shown) through a control line, the driving circuit is connected with a controller (not shown), the controller can adopt a host of an automobile electronic device, the touch signal output end of the touch piece 5 is connected with the controller through a signal line, and the controller drives the reciprocating driver 2 to vibrate after detecting the touch signal of the touch piece 5.

a reciprocating driver disposed on the fixing member;
the fixing mechanism is arranged on the fixing piece;
the suspension piece is connected with the fixing piece through the fixing mechanism;
the touch assembly is arranged on the suspension piece;
the fixing mechanism includes:
the fixed base is arranged on the fixed piece;
the fixed arm is connected with the suspension piece;
the elastic arm is connected with the fixed base and the fixed arm;
the fixing plate is arranged on the fixing piece;
the connecting plate is arranged on the fixed plate and is connected with the elastic arm;
the reinforcing plate is respectively connected with the fixed plate and the connecting plate;
the fixing plate of the fixing base is connected to the fixing piece through a screw, the fixing plate is connected with one side of the elastic arm through a connecting plate, and the other side of the elastic arm is connected with the fixing arm;
the fixed arm is provided with a positioning part, the suspension piece is provided with a positioning plate extending towards the fixed mechanism, the positioning plate is provided with a positioning hole, the positioning hole corresponds to the positioning part, and the fixed piece is provided with an arched mounting seat with the position and the size matched with those of the fixed base; a reinforcing plate is connected between the fixing plate and the connecting plate.
2. The touch vibration feedback device of claim 1, wherein the resilient arm is U-shaped, W-shaped, V-shaped, N-shaped, S-shaped, X-shaped, Y-shaped, or Z-shaped.
3. The touch vibration feedback device of claim 1, wherein the resilient arm is metal; the fixed base and the fixed arm are made of plastics.
4. The touch vibration feedback device of claim 1, wherein the reciprocating driver is a solenoid reciprocating driver or an eccentric motor.
5. The touch vibration feedback device of claim 1, wherein the touch assembly comprises:
a touch member;
the touch piece is connected with the support piece through double faced adhesive tape, hot melt adhesive or screws, and the support piece is connected with the suspension piece; the touch piece is a touch screen or a touch panel.
