在某些实施方案中,条形码的部分包括静态信息,诸如但不限于环境监测器的制造商标识符、产品的制造商标识符、产品标识符、装运信息等。在某些实施方案中,条形码的一部分除了静态信息之外还包括动态信息,其中动态信息包括可变环境信息或显示上述多个环境参数。在某些实施方案中,整个条形码是动态条形码,其响应于可变环境信息变化或显示多个环境参数。
在示例性实施方案中,条形码读取器118用于多个功能。有利地,许多冷链设施当前利用条形码扫描器基础设施用于标识和其他机器可读信息。因此,通过经由机器可读接口(诸如机器可读显示器114)提供警报状态和其他环境信息,当前基础设施和装置(诸如条形码读取器118)可用于提供另外的信息和功能性。
在示例性实施方案中,环境监测器100包括用户接口106和用户可读数据显示器108,以便允许用户与环境监测器100直接和本地交互。在示例性实施方案中,环境监测器100可显示静态信息和显示器108上的相关数据点。在某些实施方案中,用户接口106允许用户停止和开始监测操作,以及复审数据和警报状况。有利地,环境监测器100的本地使用和复审可允许做出关于布线、存储和商品接受的现场复审和确定。在某些实施方案中,用户可读数据显示器108可向人类用户提供基础警报状态,而机器可读显示器114向条形码读取器118提供详细信息。
在示例性实施方案中,本地接口112有助于易腐烂商品已经到达检查点或目的地后的二次数据下载。数据可传输到外部下载装置120。可验证本地下载数据,为诊断目的提供另外的数据或根据接收者/货主协议提供数据。本地接口112可通过任何合适的本地方法传输数据,包括但不限于USB、串行传输、光传输、本地Wi-Fi、个人区域网络或任何其他合适的本地接口。
图3示出用于监测环境参数,尤其在冷链系统中的环境参数的示例性方法200。在操作202中,通过合适的冷链运输来运输包括易腐烂食物和药物的易腐烂商品。
在操作204中,与易腐烂商品相关联放置合适的环境监测器100以便监测易腐烂商品承受的环境参数。
在操作206中,由控制器104监测参数。监测操作可根据敏感性需求和技术需求任何所需频率进行采样。控制器104可包括预定义参数限值以确定参数偏移情况下的警报状况。
在操作208中,来自传感器102的读数被记录在存储器110中用于稍后复审。记录在存储器110中的数据可包括传感器读数、时间、位置、警报和任何其他合适的信息。
在操作210中,可监测记录在存储器110的数据用于警报状况或偏移状况。在某些实施方案中,监测最后已知温度或其他传感器读数以在操作212中显示。
在操作212中,通过机器可读显示器114显示所需警报状况、偏移状况或状态。显示在机器可读显示器114上的信息可由条形码扫描器读取。机器可读显示器114可展示反映当前状况或状态的静态、部分动态或完全动态条形码。

Claims (15)

至少一个环境传感器,其用于监测至少一个环境参数;
控制器,其用于记录来自所述至少一个环境传感器中的每一个的多个读数;以及
机器可读显示器,其用于通过条形码显示与所述多个读数相关联的至少一个警报状态。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述条形码是一维条形码。
3.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述条形码是二维条形码。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的设备,其中所述条形码包括静态条形码部分。
5.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的设备,其中所述条形码包括与所述多个读数相关联的动态条形码部分。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其中所述条形码包括至少一个产品标识符或至少一个制造商标识符。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其中所述至少一个警报状态包括来自所述至少一个环境传感器的最后读数。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其中所述至少一个警报状态包括偏移警报状态。
9.一种用于易腐烂商品的冷链监测的方法,其包括:
提供至少一个环境传感器;
通过所述至少一个环境传感器监测至少一个环境参数;
通过控制器记录来自所述至少一个环境传感器中的每一个的多个读数;以及
通过机器可读显示器显示与所述多个读数相关联的至少一个警报状态相关联的条形码。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述条形码是一维条形码。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述条形码是二维条形码。
12.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述条形码包括与所述多个读数相关联的动态条形码部分。
13.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述条形码包括至少一个产品标识符或至少一个制造商标识符。
14.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述至少一个警报状态包括来自所述至少一个环境传感器的最后读数。
15.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述至少一个警报状态包括偏移警报状态。
