Abstract
The invention discloses a method, device and system for issuing a voice continuing result. The method mainly comprises the steps of: when a calling terminal makes a call to multiple terminals with a binding relationship, and at least a terminal has a conservation with the calling terminal, determining a result issuing way corresponding to the identification of the terminal, and sending a voice continuing result message based on the determined result issuing way to the terminals which have received the call, but have no conversation with the calling terminal, so as to enable users corresponding to the terminals having not received the call to know that the call has been put through via the voice continuing result message, that is to say, know that relevant services have been processed, and no real missed call exists. Therefore, callback is unnecessary, and the problem that the user who wrongly considers that the call is a missed call through a missed call message displayed through the terminal calls back is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a one-number service in the field of wireless communication, in particular to a method, equipment and a system for issuing a voice connection result of the one-number service.
Background
The one number service is a value added service provided by a communication operator, also called a co-vibration/sequential vibration service, and means that a user can use a certain terminal identifier as a main identifier and simultaneously bind a plurality of co-vibration/sequential vibration identifiers, when the main identifier is used as a called identifier, the terminal corresponding to the main identifier and the terminal corresponding to the bound co-vibration/sequential vibration identifiers ring simultaneously/sequentially, so that when the main identifier is used as a called identifier, the terminal corresponding to the main identifier and the terminal corresponding to the bound co-vibration/sequential vibration identifiers can both answer an incoming call. When the terminal corresponding to the main identifier and any one of the bound co-vibration/sequential vibration identifiers continues the call, the terminals corresponding to other identifiers stop ringing.
Taking the case that the terminal B is used as the main identifier and the binding terminal C is used as the clockwise identifier as an example, when the terminal a initiates a call to the terminal B, as shown in fig. 1, the call process of the terminal a is continued for the terminal B, which includes the following steps:
the first step is as follows: the calling terminal A initiates a call request containing the identification of the calling terminal A and the identification of the called terminal B.
The second step is that: the mobile switching center MSC A inquires that the called terminal B subscribes the one-number service, and connects the call request to the AS.
The third step: and the AS continues the call request to the terminal B, the terminal B rings at the moment, and if the terminal B is off-hook, the terminal A and the terminal B establish call connection.
If the terminal B does not pick up within a period of time after ringing in the third step, which indicates that the terminal B does not answer, the user using the terminal B is busy, or the terminal B is powered off at this time, the AS determines the ringing identifier bound to the identifier of the terminal B, that is, the identifier of the terminal C, AS shown in fig. 2, the AS connects the call request to the terminal C according to the identifier of the terminal C, at this time, the terminal C rings, and if the terminal C picks up, a call connection is established between the terminal a and the terminal C.
Still taking the case that the terminal B is used as the main identifier and the binding terminal C is used as the co-vibration identifier as an example, when the terminal a initiates a call to the terminal B, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
the first step is as follows: the calling terminal A initiates a call request containing the identification of the calling terminal A and the identification of the called terminal B.
The second step is that: the mobile switching center MSC A inquires that the called terminal B subscribes the one-number service, and connects the call request to the AS.
The third step: the AS continues the call request to the terminal B and the terminal C, both the terminal B and the terminal C ring at the moment, if the terminal B is off-hook, the call connection is established between the terminal A and the terminal B, the AS releases the call request continued to the terminal C, and the terminal C stops ringing. Similarly, if terminal C goes off-hook, a call connection is established between terminal a and terminal C, AS releases the call request continuing to terminal B, and terminal B stops ringing.
When the one-number service is executed according to any one of the manners in fig. 1 to fig. 3, only the terminal corresponding to a part of the main identifier and the co-vibration/co-vibration identifier having the binding relationship is off-hook to perform a call, and the terminal corresponding to a part of the identifier is not in a call (for example, in the terminal B and the terminal C having the binding relationship, the terminal B is off-hook to communicate with the terminal a, but the terminal C is not off-hook), a missed call message will be displayed on a local display screen in the terminal without the off-hook call, or if the terminal has the incoming call short message reminding service enabled, the terminal will receive a reminding short message about the missed call when the terminal is turned on or recovers a network signal. At this time, when the user using the terminal sees the missed call message in the terminal, and may think that there is a missed call, the user uses the terminal to dial back. However, the calling terminal of the missed call has already made a normal call with other terminals having a binding relationship, the missed call message is meaningless, and the call-back operation performed according to the missed call message may cause serious disturbance to the user using the calling terminal.
For example, a complaint customer calls a complaint service handling service through a calling terminal a, a terminal B and a terminal C are complaint service handling service telephones, and after the terminal B goes off-hook and talks with the terminal a, a service person using the terminal C does not know that the terminal B has talked with the terminal a, and can cause interference to a user of the terminal a when the service person still dials back according to a missed call message displayed in the terminal C.

Detailed Description
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for issuing a voice connection result, where when a calling terminal initiates a call to a plurality of terminals having a binding relationship and at least one terminal communicates with the calling terminal, a terminal that receives the call but does not communicate with the calling terminal is determined from the plurality of terminals, and a result issuing manner corresponding to an identifier of the determined terminal is obtained according to a correspondence between a stored terminal identifier and the result issuing manner, and then a voice connection result message is sent according to the obtained result issuing manner, and a user corresponding to the terminal that does not answer the call is notified by the voice connection result message, where the call is already connected, that is, a related service is already processed, and the call is not a true missed call, so that callback is not required.
Compared with the prior art, when a plurality of terminals with binding relation are called simultaneously, even if part of the terminals receive calls but do not communicate with the calling party and receive missed call messages, the users of the terminals can be informed of the continuing results of the calls in time through the voice continuing result messages, and the problem that the users mistakenly think that the calls are missed calls through the missed call messages displayed by the terminals and then call back is avoided.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 4, a schematic flow chart of a method for issuing a voice continuation result according to this embodiment is shown, where the method includes:
step 101: when a calling terminal initiates a call to a plurality of terminals with binding relationship and at least one terminal is in communication with the calling terminal, determining a terminal which receives the call but does not have a communication with the calling terminal from the plurality of terminals.
In this step 101, the plurality of terminals having the binding relationship may be the binding relationship established by the opened one-number service mode, or the binding relationship established by another service mode having the one-number function. The multiple terminals establishing the binding relationship may be preset in a manner of responding to a call when serving as a called terminal, and there are two response manners, one is a simultaneous response manner, i.e., a co-vibration manner, and the other is a sequential response manner, i.e., a sequential vibration manner.
When a calling terminal initiates a call to a plurality of terminals with binding relationship, and at least one terminal is communicated with the calling terminal, if the mode of the plurality of terminals with binding relationship responding to the call is a co-vibration mode, each terminal in the plurality of terminals is determined to ring, namely the call is received; and if the mode of the plurality of terminals with the binding relation for responding the call is a sequential ringing mode, sequentially ringing according to the sequential ringing sequence, namely sequentially receiving the call.
For example: the terminal A, the terminal B, the terminal C, the terminal D and the terminal E have a binding relationship.
Assuming that 1, the mode of the terminal a, the terminal B, the terminal C, the terminal D, and the terminal E responding to the call is a co-vibration mode, when the main numbers in the terminal a, the terminal B, the terminal C, the terminal D, and the terminal E receive the call request, the other 4 terminals ring at the same time, if the terminal C is off-hook and converses with the calling terminal, and the other terminals are not off-hook, it can be determined that the terminals that receive the call but do not converse with the calling terminal are the terminal a, the terminal B, the terminal D, and the terminal E.
Suppose 2, the mode of the terminal a, the terminal B, the terminal C, the terminal D, and the terminal E responding to the call is a clockwise mode, and the terminal a, the terminal B, the terminal C, the terminal D, and the terminal E are sequentially arranged, then if there is no off-hook after the terminal a rings for a period of time, the AS will continue the call to the terminal B, so that the terminal B rings, and so on. If the terminal C is off-hook and communicates with the calling terminal, at this time, the terminals A and B ring and receive the call, but the terminals D and E do not ring and receive the call, so that the terminals which receive the call but do not communicate with the calling terminal can be determined to be the terminals A and B.
It should be noted that if all the terminals (i.e., terminal a, terminal B, terminal C, terminal D, and terminal E) having the binding relationship ring but do not off-hook and talk with the calling terminal, the subsequent operation of this embodiment is not executed, and the user of the terminal can dial back according to the missed call reminder displayed by the terminal.
Step 102: and obtaining a result issuing mode corresponding to the identification of the determined terminal according to the corresponding relation between the stored terminal identification and the result issuing mode.
In the scheme of step 102, when a plurality of terminals establish a binding relationship according to the one-number service, a manner in which each terminal receives the voice connection result message may be preset, and specifically, a suitable manner for receiving the voice connection result message may be individually selected according to the capability of the terminal and the type of the terminal. The terminal capability comprises the capability of whether the terminal supports short messages or not, the capability of whether the terminal has a browsing page or not, the capability of whether the terminal has a voice mailbox or not and the like; the types of the terminals comprise a mobile terminal, a fixed terminal, a software client and the like, such as a mobile phone, a fixed phone, a Skype network instant phone and the like.
After selecting a proper mode for receiving the voice connection result message, the user of the terminal reports the mode for receiving the voice connection result message as a result issuing mode to the network side, and the network side stores the corresponding relation between the terminal identification and the result issuing mode.
The result issuing mode reported by the terminal comprises a communication type and a communication parameter, and specifically comprises the following steps:
aiming at a terminal (such as a mobile phone) supporting short message capability, the communication type in the selectable result issuing mode is a short message type, and the communication parameter is a short message receiver identification (such as a mobile phone number of the terminal);
aiming at a terminal with page browsing capability (such as Skype network instant telephone), the communication type in the selectable result issuing mode is a page display type, and the communication parameter is a page access address.
Besides selecting a proper result issuing mode according to the capability of the terminal, the user of the terminal can also receive a voice connection result message in a third party mode, for example: aiming at the condition that the fixed telephone can not receive the short message and does not have the page browsing capability, the communication type in the selected result issuing mode can be an email type, the communication parameter is an email address, and the user can obtain the voice connection result message after logging in the email box through the third-party equipment by sending the voice connection result message to the email box appointed by the user.
In the solution of step 102, the available result issuing manners are not limited to the above manners, and one or more result issuing manners may be selected for a terminal supporting multiple result issuing manners.
Step 103: and generating a voice connection result message corresponding to the result issuing mode according to the result issuing mode corresponding to the identification of the terminal.
The voice connection result message includes information related to the call, such as a calling terminal identifier and a terminal identifier communicated with the calling terminal in the call process.
In the scheme of step 103, since the result delivery manners selected by the terminals that receive the call but do not have a call with the calling terminal may be different, a voice connection result message with a format matching the result delivery manner needs to be generated according to the result delivery manner selected by each terminal.
Example 1, if the communication type in the result issuing mode selected by a certain terminal that receives a call but has no communication with the calling terminal is a short message and the communication parameter is the mobile phone number of the terminal, the generated voice connection result message is a short message, the receiver identifier of the short message is the mobile phone number of the terminal, and the content of the short message includes the identifier of the calling terminal, the identifier of the terminal communicating with the calling terminal, the call time, and the like in the current call process.
Example 2, if the communication type in the result issuing mode selected by a certain terminal that receives a call but has not communicated with the calling terminal is an email type and the communication parameter is an email address, the generated voice connection result message is an email, the recipient identifier of the email is the email address in the result issuing mode, and the email content includes the calling terminal identifier, the terminal identifier communicated with the calling terminal, the call time, and the like in the current call process.
Example 3, if the communication type in the result issuing mode selected by a certain terminal that receives a call but has no communication with the calling terminal is a page display type and the communication parameter is a page access address, the generated voice connection result message is a web page, the page access address is used as the access address of the web page, and the content of the web page includes the calling terminal identifier, the terminal identifier communicating with the calling terminal, the call time, and the like in the current call process.
Step 104: and sending the voice connection result message according to the obtained result issuing mode.
In step 103, the voice connection result message with the matching format is generated according to the result issuing mode, so in this step 104, each voice connection result message can be sent to the corresponding application platform, and personalized issuing according to different result issuing modes is realized.
In example 1, if the generated voice connection result message is a short message, the voice connection result message may be sent to a short message center, and the short message center sends the voice connection result message to a corresponding terminal according to a receiver identifier in the short message.
In example 2, if the generated voice connection result message is an email, the voice connection result message may be sent to an email center, and the email center sends the voice connection result message to a corresponding mailbox according to a recipient identifier in the email.
In example 3, if the generated voice connection result message is a web page, the voice connection result message may be sent to the Portal server, and the Portal server loads the voice connection result message according to the page access address.
Because the voice connection result message is sent in a mode selected by the terminal user, the user can correspondingly check the voice connection result message, so that for the terminal which receives the call but does not off-hook and communicate with the calling terminal, even if the terminal receives the missed call message, the user of the terminal confirms that the call is answered by other bound terminals according to the checked voice connection result message, the missed call message is not considered to be the message of missed call, the callback operation is not carried out, and the interference caused by callback to the user corresponding to the calling terminal is avoided.
Example two:
in the second embodiment of the present invention, it is assumed that the execution subject having the functions of executing steps 101 to 104 in the first embodiment is a one-number service platform.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for issuing a voice connection result according to the second embodiment. In the second embodiment, a description is given by taking an example in which a calling terminal a calls a terminal B, a terminal B1, and a terminal B2 that have a binding relationship, where the method includes:
step 201: the calling terminal A initiates a call request, wherein the call request comprises a calling terminal A identifier and a called terminal B identifier.
Step 202: after receiving the call request of the calling terminal A, the MSC acquires the HLR address of the called terminal B according to the identification of the called terminal B and determines that the called terminal B handles the intelligent network service.
Step 203: the MSC determines SCP distributed to the calling terminal A according to the subscription information of the calling terminal A, and routes the call request to the SCP.
Step 204: after receiving the call request, the SCP adds a call prefix (indicating that the intelligent network service is handled) to the identifier of the called terminal B, and routes the call to the one-number service platform.
Step 205: and the one-number service platform determines a terminal B1 and a terminal B2 which have a binding relationship with the called terminal B according to the received identification of the called terminal B, and connects the call to the called side.
In step 205, if the preset call responding mode of the terminal B, the terminal B1, and the terminal B2 with the binding relationship is a simultaneous ringing mode, the one-number service platform connects the call to the called terminal B, the called terminal B1, and the called terminal B2 at the same time, so that the terminal B, the terminal B1, and the terminal B2 ring at the same time to respond to the call.
If the preset calling response mode of the terminal B, the terminal B1 and the terminal B2 with the binding relationship is a forward ringing mode, the one-number service platform sequentially connects the call to the called terminal B, and if the called terminal B does not off hook after ringing for a period of time, the call is sent to the called terminal B1, so that the called terminal B1 rings, and so on.
Step 206: at least one terminal of the called side is off-hook and communicates with the calling terminal.
In this step 206, if the preset call responding mode of the terminal B, the terminal B1 and the terminal B2 with the binding relationship is the same vibration mode, if the called terminal B1 goes off hook and communicates with the calling terminal a, and the called terminal B2 do not go off hook, a missed call message is displayed on the display screens of the called terminal B and the called terminal B2.
If the preset calling response mode of the terminal B, the terminal B1 and the terminal B2 with the binding relationship is a clockwise mode, the call is connected to the called terminal B according to a set sequence, and the called terminal B rings for a period of time and then goes to the called terminal B1 if the called terminal B does not go off-hook (at this time, a missed call message is displayed in a display screen of the called terminal B), so that the called terminal B1 rings, and if the called terminal B1 goes off-hook and communicates with the calling terminal a, the calling process is finished (namely, the called terminal B2 is not called any more and the missed call message of the call is not received).
Step 207: after at least one terminal is communicated with a calling terminal A, the one-number service platform determines the terminal which receives the call but does not communicate with the calling terminal.
In step 207, when the preset mode of responding to the call of the terminal B, the terminal B1 and the terminal B2 with the binding relationship is the same vibration mode, if the called terminal B1 goes off the hook and communicates with the calling terminal a, the terminals that receive the call but do not communicate with the calling terminal are the terminal B and the terminal B2.
If the preset mode of responding to the call among the terminal B, the terminal B1 and the terminal B2 with the binding relationship is a clockwise mode, and if the called terminal B1 goes off the hook and is in communication with the calling terminal a, the terminal which receives the call but does not have a communication with the calling terminal is the terminal B.
Step 208: and inquiring the result issuing mode corresponding to the determined terminal identification in a corresponding relation list of the locally stored terminal identification and the result issuing mode according to the determined terminal identification.
In step 208, when the binding relationship is established among terminal B, terminal B1 and terminal B2, different result issuing modes are selected according to the capability of each terminal to receive the voice connection result message.
If the called terminal B is a mobile phone, the communication type in the selectable result issuing mode is a short message type, and the communication parameter is the mobile phone number of the called terminal B.
If the called terminal B2 is a fixed-line phone, the communication type in the result issuing mode selected by the user of the called terminal B2 may be an email type, the communication parameter therein is an email address, and the user can obtain the voice connection result message after logging in the email box through the third-party device by sending the voice connection result message to the email box designated by the user.
Step 209: and the one-number service platform generates a voice connection result message corresponding to the result issuing mode according to the result issuing mode corresponding to the identification of the determined terminal.
The voice connection result message includes the time of the call, the identifier of the calling terminal a, and the identifier of the terminal B1 communicating with the calling terminal a during the call.
In this step 209, if the communication type in the result issuing mode selected by the called terminal B is a short message and the communication parameter is the mobile phone number of the called terminal B, the generated voice connection result message is a short message, the receiver identifier of the short message is the mobile phone number of the called terminal B, and the content of the short message is: the call of the calling terminal a at 2011, 12, 01, 15:30:20 is already connected by the corresponding user of the terminal B1.
If the communication type in the result issuing mode selected by the called terminal B2 is an email type and the communication parameter is an email address, the generated voice connection result message is an email, the recipient identifier of the email is the email address in the result issuing mode, and the email content is: the call of the calling terminal a at 2011, 12, 01, 15:30:20 is already connected by the corresponding user of the terminal B1.
Step 210: and the one-number service platform sends the voice connection result according to the result issuing mode corresponding to the determined terminal identification.
In step 210, since the communication type in the result issuing mode selected by the called terminal B is a short message and the communication parameter is the mobile phone number of the called terminal B, the voice connection result message generated for the called terminal B is a short message, and the voice connection result message can be sent to the short message center, and the short message center sends the voice connection result message to the called terminal B according to the mobile phone number of the called terminal B in the short message.
Because the communication type in the result issuing mode selected by the called terminal B2 is an email and the communication parameter is the designated email address, the voice connection result message generated for the called terminal B2 is an email, and the voice connection result message can be sent to the email center, and the email center sends the voice connection result message to the corresponding mailbox according to the email address in the email.

The voice connection result issuing device may be a device independent of the one-number service platform, or may be a logic component in the one-number service platform, as shown in fig. 7, which is a schematic structural diagram of the voice connection result issuing device in the one-number service platform.

The obtaining module determines the name of the user corresponding to the terminal identification from the address list stored in the one-number service platform through the h interface according to the received result issuing mode corresponding to the identification of the identification determination terminal, so that the voice connection result message is more humanized when edited, and the result issuing mode corresponding to the identification of the determination terminal is sent to the sending module through the n interface.
The sending module sends the voice connection result message through the p interface.
