Abstract
本发明提出一种移动终端及其自适应提升下载速率的方法。所述移动终端包括网络监测模块、速率检测模块和链路切换裁定单元;所述网络检测模块对移动终端周围无线网络信号进行检测;所述速率检测模块对网络速率进行检测;所述链路切换裁定单元依据上述检测结果把移动通讯终端进行无线数据服务的链路切换到最佳链路上。本发明的技术方案无需在移动设备上进行额外的协议开发,节省了开发时间,并具有较好的通用性、标准性,可广泛应用于具有通用接入功能的移动设备中,如手机、数据网卡等产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种移动终端及其自适应提升下载速率的方法。
背景技术
随着全球通信技术的发展,数据业务成为今后通信技术发展的一个重要推动力量,可以预见,今后将有越来越多的基于INTERNET的数据服务将被广泛应用于移动、固定等各式终端上。而技术的发展,对于移动、固网之间的相互融合也提出了新的需求。既能满足移动终端可以顺利接入移动网络,又能充分享受固定网络带来的宽带服务成为今后移动运营商进行建网的一个基本思路。而对于终端来讲,能够接入各种网络的UMA技术成为今后各移动终端必须支持的一项重要功能。移动终端使用该技术,使得移动用户既能享受移动网络的服务又能享受固定网络提供的数据接入服务成为一种可能。用户使用UMA技术所带来的便利的网络接入功能来实现网络信息的获取成为用户的一个首选功能。
按照传统的实现方式,对于具有UMA功能的移动终端,一般是用户需要手动进行所想使用的网络连接,例如用户在户外使用无线网络进行网络连接享受数据服务,随着移动用户移动到屋内或办公室,有可能室内存在WLAN或者WI-FI等网络,用户有可能需要切换到该网络上以便享受高宽带服务或者享受低的网络资费,这样就需要用户在不同网络之间进行网络连接的切换。显然,这种方式需要用户主动进行网络切换的干预,不利于用户实时享受优势网络所提供的接入服务。
另外,对于具有UMA的移动终端,因为本身具有多种接入无线网络的能力,而移动终端实时所处的网络周围环境随着用户的移动而不断变换,这势必造成用户所在的地方网络所提供的服务能力有一定差异,而按照传统的实现方式,用户为了获得某一网络下的高的服务性能,必须要手动切换到当前网络下,这不利于用户的使用另外也造成用户难以及时选择合适的网络所提供的服务性能。
发明内容
本发明目的是提出一种移动终端及其自适应提升下载速率的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括网络监测模块、速率检测模块和链路切换裁定单元;
所述网络检测模块对移动终端周围无线网络信号进行检测;
所述速率检测模块对网络速率进行检测;
所述链路切换裁定单元依据上述检测结果把移动通讯终端进行无线数据服务的链路切换到最佳链路上。
进一步地,所述网络检测模块可以依据用户的设定或者自主根据用户是否进行数据业务的请求来进行网络能力的判定,主动搜索并在后台建立合适的网络连接。
进一步地,所述移动终端还包括用户业务检测单元,所述用户业务检测单元通过检测用户终端应用中的数据服务是否开启判定用户是否需要进行数据服务。
进一步地,所述移动终端还包括链路质量判断单元,在速率检测单元检测之前,所述链路质量判断单元在用户开启相关数据服务业务后,检测相关链路的质量状态。
进一步地,所述链路质量判断单元进行链路质量的检测是通过发送相关PING指令到特定网站地址,并根据包的响应延迟来确定当前不同网络链路的通道质量。
进一步地,所述链路切换裁定单元使用链路质量检测算法对相关链路质量的接入质量裁定并切换到最佳的链路网络上。
本发明还提出一种移动终端提升下载速率的方法,所述移动终端具有对网络信号进行检测的网络检测模块和进行速率检测的速率检测模块,对移动终端所在周围无线网络检测并进行数据链路质量的判定,依据相关检测结果把移动通讯终端进行无线数据服务的链路切换到最佳链路上,从而实现用户下载速率提升。
进一步地,所述网络检测模块可以依据用户的设定或者自主根据用户是否进行数据业务的请求来进行网络能力的判定,主动搜索并在后台建立合适的网络连接。
进一步地,所述移动终端包括用户业务检测单元,所述用户业务检测单元通过检测用户终端应用中的数据服务是否开启判定用户是否需要进行数据服务。
进一步地,所述移动终端在速率检测单元检测之前,在用户开启相关数据服务业务后,检测相关链路的质量状态。
进一步地,所述链路质量的检测是通过发送相关PING指令到特定网站地址,并根据包的响应延迟来确定当前不同网络链路的通道质量。
综上所述,采用本发明具有如下有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案无需在移动设备上进行额外的协议开发,节省了开发时间,并具有较好的通用性、标准性,可广泛应用于具有通用接入功能的移动设备中,如手机、数据网卡等产品。

具体实施方式
本发明技术方案的思想是:在移动通讯终端上提供对于网络信号进行判定的网络检测模块和进行速率测定的速率检测模块,对移动终端所在周围无线网络检测并进行数据链路质量的判定,依据相关判定结果自适应的把移动通讯终端进行无线数据服务的链路切换到最佳链路上,从而实现对于用户下载速率提升的自适应控制功能。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明技术方案做详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参考图1所示,是本发明实施例移动终端组成示意图,其包括网络监测模块、用户业务检测单元、速率检测模块、链路质量判断单元和链路切换裁定单元。
网络检测模块是用来对于终端网络周围的无线信号进行检测,在终端开机运行后,网络检测模块完成相关初始化工作置于后台进行运行,并依据用户当前所处的网络环境,主动搜索并在后台建立合适的网络连接。网络检测模块可以依据用户的设定或者自主根据用户是否进行数据业务的请求来进行网络能力的判定,移动终端网络检测模块有识别不同网络特性的能力。
用户业务检测单元可以判定用户是否需要进行数据服务,若用户需要进行数据服务,则相关单元需要检测出相关请求。用户业务检测单元可以通过检测用户终端应用中的数据服务是否开启即可实现相关操作的判定。如检测是否有http请求或者SCOKET类相关操作信息来判定。
速率检测模块主动检测当前的数据链路质量并进行相关链路接入网络的速率能力测试。速率检测模块检测终端可以获得服务的相关网络的链路质量状态以及是否可以提供相关的数据服务能力。
速率检测模块主动搜索合适的可用的网络并进行网络连接建立,内置速率计算脚本检测各个网络所能提供的下载速率,选择能提供最佳下载速率的网络作为当前用户下载的承载网络进行数据下载,随着用户移动持续检测合适的高速链路并转换承载网络,从而确保用户能够快速切换到合适的网络连接上来自适应获得最佳速率的效果。
当用户移动到一个新的目标区域后,移动终端网络检测模块与速率检测模块实时在后台进行扫描,当检测到当前区域中为用户提供服务的网络消失或者速率不是最佳,则终端自动切换到能提供更高速率的合适的网络链路上,从而保持用户一直能够享用高的下载速率。
链路质量判断单元在用户开启相关数据服务业务后,该模块开始检测相关链路的质量状态。在用户开始特定网站数据下载时,链路质量判断单元开始检测并判断当前网络的链路质量,链路质量判断单元通过对终端周围不同网络的无线链路进行判断并来判断相关链路的连接质量,链路质量包括链路是否可用,是否可以进行有效的连接建立响应或者是否可以进行相关的数据服务。
移动终端速率检测模块在进行链路是否可以提供数据服务能力是通过与无线网络交互的信令消息来进行判定的,移动终端依据网络是否可以提供PS服务的能力来确定是否需要进行相关链路的速率测试。
速率检测模块需要测试并计算相关链路的通道质量,通过速率检测模块的自适应计算过程最终选择一个能提供最快速的下载速率的网络作为移动终端进行下载服务的承载网络,从而实现用户获得最佳下载速率的功能。
链路质量判断单元进行链路质量的判定是通过发送相关PING指令到特定网站地址,并根据包的响应延迟来确定当前不同网络链路的通道质量。
Ping指令作为一个常用的网络测试指令,可以用来对于链路质量和相关网站进行简单的测试工作,当使用不同的相关指令参数时,可以获得不同的响应信息,如TTL时间、ECO时间以及通过发送不同的包得到相关的反馈时间后计算出链路的速度;
在得到链路质量的信息后,速率检测单元可以进行进一步的速率检测,用来得到实际用户网站的响应速度,速率检测单元可以采用不同的实现算法得到网站的响应速度,例如针对访问网站,可以从终端发起获取访问目标网站中一个根本不存在的图片,然后在on Error事件中计算时间。需要多次测试,求多次访问的平均值才能准确计算网站反应速度。测试一个网址,有专门的http命令“Trace”。通常,使用Socket编成,防止过高级的系统的缓冲、解析等机制对检测结果的偏差,最后得出网站的响应速率;
当然在检测链路状况的同时,速率检测单元也可以使用下载客户浏览网站的相关内容,如相关静态图片、网站相关的LOGO等,通过下载计算出相关的响应时间得到实际的网站下载速度。
通过移动终端速率检测模块在后台对于用户访问的相关数据业务网站进行无线链路质量的测定,速率检测模块通过主动的进行后台用户访问网站的地址访问,并根据访问的消息响应时间来进行比较判定,得出能提供最佳服务的无线链路通道。
移动终端速率检测模块在访问用户网站的时候,可以直接进行域名解析获取IP地址或者直接在终端上记录网站和IP地址的对应表,实现快速的用户网站地址获取。
链路切换裁定单元依据相关判定结果自适应的把移动通讯终端进行无线数据服务的链路切换到最佳链路上,使用链路质量检测算法来实现对于相关链路质量的接入质量裁定并切换到最佳的链路网络上。
为了防止频繁链路切换造成实际链路质量的判定失误,在后台链路检测时可以设定定时器或者由用户设定切换的时间周期。
请参考图2所示,是本发明实施例移动终端自适应提升下载速率的方法流程示意图,其包括如下步骤:
S201:终端开机;
移动终端开机后,移动终端初始化完成,移动终端内置的网络检测模块开始在后台进行无线网络的建立。
S202:网络检测模块检测周围的无线网络;
网络检测模块是用来对于终端网络周围的无线信号进行检测,在终端开机运行后,网络检测模块完成相关初始化工作就置于后台进行运行。
随着移动终端的移动,周围的网络信号随时变化,移动终端的网络检测模块检测周围网络信号,并建立起与各个网络的无线连接,对于具有UMA功能的移动终端,本身可以支持各种功能形式的无线网络接入功能,如WIFI接入功能,3G无线、2G无线或者WLAN等等,移动终端通过相关接入单元与各个网络之间进行信令交互,建立起相关的无线网络连接。
S203:判断是否有合适的无线网络,如有则转入步骤S204,如无则转入步骤S202继续检测;
网络检测模块可以依据用户的设定或者自主根据用户是否进行数据业务的请求来进行网络能力的判定,移动终端网络检测模块有识别不同网络特性的能力。
为对检测到的无线网络进行是否可以提供正常连接进行快速判断,移动终端可以依据搜索到的不同的网络特性进行处理,例如当移动终端检测到的当前可以使用的无线网络不具备PS服务的能力,移动终端可以直接忽略该网络,从而实现搜索的高效。
S204:判断用户是否进行数据下载操作,如果是则转入步骤S205,如果不是则转入步骤S202;
移动终端上的用户业务检测单元判定当前用户是否进行相关的数据业务活动。
移动终端上设计一个用户业务检测单元,该检测单元可以判定用户是否需要进行数据服务,若用户需要进行数据服务,则相关单元需要检测出相关请求。
检测单元可以通过检测用户终端应用中的数据服务是否开启即可实现相关操作的判定。如检测是否有http请求或者SCOKET类相关操作信息来判定。
S205:速率检测模块检测各个网络链路质量状态;
移动终端速率检测模块在用户开启相关数据服务业务后,该模块开始检测相关链路的质量状态。
在用户开始特定网站数据下载时,速率检测模块开始检测并判断当前网络的链路质量,移动终端通过对终端周围不同网络的无线链路进行判断并来判断相关链路的连接质量,链路质量包括链路是否可用,是否可以进行有效的连接建立响应或者是否可以进行相关的数据服务。

速率检测模块把终端当前进行数据服务的链路切换到该无线网络链路上,速率检测模块在进行链路的切换时,可以根据当前选择的网络状态和终端实际注册的网络状态进行比较判断,可以把移动终端当前注册的网络直接切换到该条无线链路的网络上,也可以根据当前网络的实际选择共存的方式,如当终端注册到3G网络,但周围的WIFI网络提供的无线链路质量比较好,无线终端可以依旧驻留在3G网络上但用户进行数据下载服务的网络可以切换为WIFI。
S207:判断链路是否建立成功,如果成功则转入步骤S208,如果失败则转入步骤S206;
S208:移动终端使用该链路为用户提供数据服务,并转入步骤S202继续检测。
当用户移动到一个新的目标区域后,移动终端网络检测模块与速率检测模块实时在后台进行扫描,当检测到当前区域中为用户提供服务的网络消失或者速率不是最佳,则终端自动切换到能提供更高速率的合适的网络链路上,从而保持用户一直能够享用高的下载速率。
为了防止频繁切换造成的链路持续切换,网络检测模块和速率检测模块可以在后台周期运行,检测周期也可以逐步加大。
请参考图3所示,是本发明实施例移动终端的速率检测模块工作流程示意图,其包括如下步骤:
S301:移动终端速率检测模块启动;
S302:检测当前所注册网络的链路质量状态;
S303:判断是否获得最佳链路,如果是转入步骤S305,如果否,转入步骤S304;
S304:后台继续跟踪检测相关链路;
S305:切换到最佳链路网络获取数据服务。
使用本发明技术方案,用户无须人为进行网络连接的干预,移动终端将依据内嵌的脚本程序来进行相关网络的检测,主动获取各个网络下的下载速率,进行择优判断来选择一个最佳速率链路来提升用户对于高速无线带宽享受。
当然,本发明还可有多种实施方式,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况,熟悉本领域的技术人员当然可根据本发明做出各种相应的更改或变化,但凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括网络监测模块、速率检测模块和链路切换裁定单元;
所述网络检测模块对移动终端周围无线网络信号进行检测;
所述速率检测模块对网络速率进行检测;
所述链路切换裁定单元依据上述检测结果把移动通讯终端进行无线数据服务的链路切换到最佳链路上。
2.如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述网络检测模块可以依据用户的设定或者自主根据用户是否进行数据业务的请求来进行网络能力的判定,主动搜索并在后台建立合适的网络连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括用户业务检测单元,所述用户业务检测单元通过检测用户终端应用中的数据服务是否开启判定用户是否需要进行数据服务。
4.如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括链路质量判断单元,在速率检测单元检测之前,所述链路质量判断单元在用户开启相关数据服务业务后,检测相关链路的质量状态。
5.如权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述链路质量判断单元进行链路质量的检测是通过发送相关PING指令到特定网站地址,并根据包的响应延迟来确定当前不同网络链路的通道质量。
6.如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述链路切换裁定单元使用链路质量检测算法对相关链路质量的接入质量裁定并切换到最佳的链路网络上。
7.一种移动终端提升下载速率的方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端具有对网络信号进行检测的网络检测模块和进行速率检测的速率检测模块,对移动终端所在周围无线网络检测并进行数据链路质量的判定,依据相关检测结果把移动通讯终端进行无线数据服务的链路切换到最佳链路上,从而实现用户下载速率提升。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络检测模块可以依据用户的设定或者自主根据用户是否进行数据业务的请求来进行网络能力的判定,主动搜索并在后台建立合适的网络连接。
9.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括用户业务检测单元,所述用户业务检测单元通过检测用户终端应用中的数据服务是否开启判定用户是否需要进行数据服务。
10.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端在速率检测单元检测之前,在用户开启相关数据服务业务后,检测相关链路的质量状态。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述链路质量的检测是通过发送相关PING指令到特定网站地址,并根据包的响应延迟来确定当前不同网络链路的通道质量。
