PASADENA ISD Board Meeting Agendas and Minutes are posted online with BoardBook. BoardBook is a Web-based software application that electronically streamlines the preparation of board agenda packets and builds a searchable archive of meeting agenda packets and approved minutes. It opens the door to electronic distribution of meeting materials, to Web posting of finished documents and, ultimately, to paperless meetings.
The board has allotted 30 minutes at the beginning of each regular meeting for public comments addressing items listed on the open session portion of the agenda. Each person is limited to a maximum of three minutes and may not pass his or her time to another. The board president may reduce the amount of time allotted to each speaker to no less than one minute as appropriate. If public comments will address topics not considered for action on the agenda, the board has allotted 30 minutes at the end of each regular board meeting. The same time limits for speakers will apply. The following sign-up procedures apply to individuals who wish to sign up to speak during the public comment participation at any board meetings:
