Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for our stocked items (for made-to-order products, see below).  A 12% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunds.  Refunds will be processed after we receive your item in our warehouse and confirm that they are in brand new condition. Your refund will take approximately 1-2 weeks to go back to the original payment method.

To quality for a return, products must be in brand new condition and original packaging.  Items in non-original packaging are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to not allow returns that are not in original packaging.

 


Kickstarter items

Items shipped as a reward for a Kickstarter or other crowdfunding campaign cannot be returned or refunded. As a crowdfunding backer, you are contributing to the development of a new product, and the product we send to you at a heavily subsidized discount is a "reward" for being an early supporter, rather than a typical transaction of goods in exchange for money.  We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order products have a 24 hour cancellation window.  After that, please email us to see if the order has started.  If the order has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. 

Before purchasing and returning, please kindly note that:

  • We do not accept returns due to variance in wood color or wood grain. We cannot match or guarantee specific wood grains or colors, nor will accept any return or refusal of goods based upon variation in colors, grain, knots, or lines, which are not indicative of a defect. 
  • All hardwoods will undergo the natural aging process and change color overtime with exposure to UV light and oxygen. Hence color changes are not considered a defect.
  • Returns must arrive in their original packaging, including the outside boxes and internal protective inserts.
  • We cannot accept returns on any products showing scratches, stains, drilling, or any other modifications.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable



Final sale items

Products marked as "final sale" are not returnable or refundable.


Damage Items

We test and inspect every order as if it were our own before shipping them out. However, if you find your order is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the product and the packaging and send them to us at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery so we can process your claim and provide you instructions for the return and replacement.  In the meantime, please hold on to the product and its original packaging until we get back to you with next steps
