Shipping is free within Singapore.

Shipping is made Via YCS Delivery and can take between 2-5 working days

 

  1. How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

In Singapore we deliver orders within 5 working days or sooner. Over time we hope to shorten delivery time as much as possible and we thank you for your support.

International deliveries take approximately 15 days, sometimes longer if the package is delayed at Customs.

 

  1. Can I track my order?

Shipping is free to Malaysia however you will need to pay taxes on arrival

Shipping is made Via Ninja Van and can take between 2-7 working days depending on where you are in Malaysia

 

  1. How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

It is anticipated that you will get goods within 3-7 working days or sooner.

Over time we hope to shorten delivery time as much as possible and we thank you for your support.

 

  1. Can I track my order?

Yes. 

We use two vendors to ship to Malaysia.  You will either get a tracking number via Ninja Van, or DHL.   We will provide a tracking code to you as soon as orders are collected.  After this point you can communicate with Ninja Van or DHL directly to track your shipment here are the links

Shipping rates vary country to country.   Often we will have a FREE shipping value, and this will be clearly communicated at checkout
