Franco Cesarini (født 18. april 1961 i Bellinzona, Ticino) er en sveitsisk komponist og dirigent. Cesarini studerte fløytespill med Peter-Lukas Graf ved musikkakademiet i Basel i perioden 1980-1985, i Basel studerte han dessuten også komposisjon under Robert Suter og direksjon med Felix Hauswirth. Cesarini har skrevet musikk for brassband, janitsjarkorps, blåseensembler, piano og strykere.
