Rodolfo Certeza Severino Jr. (lahir 27 April 1936)^[1] ialah diplomat Filipina yang bersara dan Setiausaha Agung Persatuan Negara-negara Asia Tenggara (ASEAN) dari tahun 1998 hingga 2002. Beliau ialah ketua Asean Pusat Pengajian ASEAN (ASC) di Institut ISEAS-Yusof Ishak di Singapura dari tahun 2008 hingga 2015,^[2] dan merupakan Profesor Adjunct di Sekolah Dasar Lee Kuan Yew, Universiti Kebangsaan Singapura ^[3] sehingga 2015. Beliau kini merupakan Fellow Kanan Persatuan yang bergabung dengan ASC di Institut ISEAS-Yusof Ishak.^[4] Beliau merupakan pengarang buku: Southeast Asia in Search of an ASEAN Community (2006), ASEAN (2008), The ASEAN Regional Forum (2009) dan Where in the World is the Philippines? (2010).^[5] Beliau juga ialah penyunting bersama Whither the Philippines in the 21st Century? (2007),^[6] among other collections.
