Upload your contacts to Facebook from your mobile phone or other accounts
Upload your mobile phone contacts to Facebook from Android:
  1. Tap menu in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Tap Settings & privacy, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts Center, then tap on Your information and permissions.
  4. Tap Upload contacts, then select Facebook account.
  5. Tap Continuous contacts upload then tap Get Started.
To upload your mobile phone contacts to Facebook from iPhone:
  1. Tap Menu in the bottom right of Facebook.
  2. Tap Settings & privacy, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts Center, then tap on Your information and permissions.
  4. Tap Upload contacts, then select Facebook account.
  5. Tap Upload contacts then tap Continue.
You can upload your contacts from your mobile phone to help you find your friends on Facebook:
  1. Tap Menu in the bottom right of Facebook.
  2. Tap Settings & privacy, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts Center, then tap on Your information and permissions.
  4. Tap Upload contacts, then select Facebook account.
  5. Tap Upload contacts then tap Continue.
Once you've turned on mobile contact uploading, your contacts will automatically be uploaded to Facebook when you open your app.
You can upload your contacts from your mobile phone to help you find your friends on Facebook:
  1. Tap menu in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Tap Settings & privacy, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts Center, then tap on Your information and permissions.
  4. Tap Upload contacts, then select Facebook account.
  5. Tap Continuous contacts upload then tap Get Started.
To upload your contacts from your mobile phone:
  1. Tap menu in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Tap Settings & privacy, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Accounts Center, then tap on Your information and permissions.
  4. Tap Upload contacts, then select Facebook account.
  5. Tap Upload contacts then tap Turn On.
You can't currently upload contacts from facebook.com on your mobile phone. Learn how to upload contacts with the:

Note: To upload your contacts from your email account, you'll need to log into Facebook on a computer.
