About S-Tier, A-Tier, B-Tier, C-Tier[edit]

S-Tier, A-Tier, B-Tier and C-Tier include the tiers of most tournaments covered on this wiki. They are categorized as follows:

Name	Typical prize pool	Description
S-Tier	$100k+	Tournaments offer an outstanding prize pool, are frequently played out offline, and feature the best players from all over the world. They are commonly held by well-established franchises and are considered especially prestigious amongst the community.
A-Tier	$50k+	A-Tier Tournaments feature a large prize pool and a good number of top-tier teams. They are events which take place offline, online or online with an offline playoff
B-Tier	$2-50k	B-Tier Tournaments feature a substantial prize pool and a mix of top and mid-tier teams. They are events which take place offline, online or online with an offline playoff
C-Tier	$5k or less	C-Tier Tournaments feature decent prize pools. Nationals and national teams are featured in this tier. Established leagues with good followings, large prize pools and good competition can also be displayed here.
