- Thirty (30) teams face off in a swiss bracket.
- Top 16 teams move on to University of Kentucky Overwatch Spring Invitational 2023
- First map is pre-determined, following maps are picked by the loser of the previous map.
- The first map is Control.
- The second map is Escort or Hybrid.
- The third map is Push.
- This pattern repeats if needed.
- All matches are best of 3.
- Players must be enrolled in an accredited university/college as a full-time student.
- All players on a team must play for the same school.
