Ngagpa vel ngakpa (Tibetanice སྔགས་པ sngags pa; Sanscrite mantrī) in Buddhismo Tibetano et Bon[1] est exercitor Dzogchen non monasticus qui facultatem potestatis (skra dbang) accepit. Quae facultas eius capillum in domum dakinorum convertit, quam ob rem numquam secandus est. Hoc nomen diserte ad lamas et exercitatores (mares aut feminas) tantrae peritos attingendos,[2] ac maritis sacerdotibus tantricis domesticis (khyim pa sngags pa) monachisque consecratis quorum animus et propositum est exercitatio vajrayana rationaliter adhiberi potest; sermone autem communi, et in multis libris Occidentalibus de Buddhismo Tibetano scriptis, ngagpa tantum ad monasticos sacerdotes vajrayanicos attingendos saepe adhibetur, praecipue in traditionibus Nyingma et Bonpo.
