Hi, I would like to get back the bot status. At this point I will start with running Cyrillic/Latin case checker bot that will fix any link or page title that has characters identical in both (like A,B,C,E,H,K,M,O,...). I wrote this bot over five years ago. Why would you want to trust me? I wrote MediaWiki API, improved many bots (as part of pywikibot framework) including interwiki bot, have over 3 million bot edits across all languages.
Also, please create a page ВП:КЛ or similar. All changes by the bot will have this link in the comments to explain the change to the user. Expand below to the example text. Thanks! --Yurik (әңгәмә) 06:06, 14 декабрь 2012 (UTC)

A casechecker bot verifies that all articles and links use one type of letters in each word - either Cyrillic or Latin characters. Whenever it finds an article with the mix, and the letters look identical (such as 'C', 'O', 'P', and many other), it renames the article, or changes the link, even if it does not exist (red link). The bot puts '''<nowiki>[[ВП:КЛ]] in the comments, followed by the changes made.
Also, there are two additional subpages - one for all errors bot finds, and one for all names that have been checked to be ok. See examples on the Russian ВП:КЛ

Wikimedia Polska scholarships for Wikimania 2014
Dear Colleagues, Wikimania 2014 kicks off in London, UK in just over three months. As in previous years, Wikimedia Polska, Wikimedia's local chapter from Poland, is going to fund four Wikimania scholarships for non-Polish Wikimedians from Central and Eastern Europe (including the Asian part of the former Soviet Union). Our scholarships cover flights, accommodation (without meals), insurance and conference fee. Deadline for scholarship applications is 13th of May (23:59 Warsaw time). No one needs free knowledge in Esperanto
There is a current discussion on German Wikipedia on a decision of Asaf Bartov, Head of WMF Grants and Global South Partnerships, Wikimedia Foundation, who rejected a request for funding a proposal from wikipedians from eowiki one year ago with the explanation the existence, cultivation, and growth of the Esperanto Wikipedia does not advance our educational mission. No one needs free knowledge in Esperanto. On meta there has also started a discussion about that decision. --Holder (сюзюу) 10:08, 5 май 2014 (UTC)
