Frank Anthony Grillo (lahir 8 Juni 1965)[1][2] adalah seorang aktor film Amerika Serikat. Dia dikenal karena memerankan karakter Brock Rumlow / Crossbones di film Marvel Cinematic Universe Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Captain America: Civil War (2016), Avengers: Endgame (2019), dan serial animasi What If...? (2021).
Kehidupan awal
[sunting | sunting sumber]Grillo lahir di New York City dari keluarga kelas pekerja keturunan Italia-America dari daerah Calabria.[3] Dia tumbuh besar di Bronx dan di Rockland County, New York. Grillo memulai berkarir di gulat pada usia delapan tahun, dan memulai tinju pada usia delapan belas.[4][5] Di tahun 1991, dia memulai berlatih Brazilian jiu-jitsu, dimana dia berlatih sebagai murid dari Rickson Gracie dan menerima sabuk coklat.[6] Grillo lulus kuliah dari Universitas New York dengan diploma jurusan bisnis dan menghabiskan waktu setahun di Wall Street sebelum akhirnya dilirik untuk membintangi iklan Miller Genuine Draft.[7][8]
