Need for Speed (NFS) je serija računalnih igara koje izdaje Electronic Arts. Do kolovoza 2009. godine Need for Speed je prodan u više od 100 milijuna primjeraka. Need for Speed je najuspješnija serija trkaćih videoigara na svijetu i jedna od najuspješnijih franšiza videoigara ikad.

EA je surađivao s DreamWorks Picturesom na stvaranju filmske verzije filma Need for Speed s Aaronom Paulom u ulozi Tobeya Marshalla, mehaničara i uličnog trkača kojeg je uokvirio bogati poslovni suradnik. Film je objavila Disneyjeva kuća Touchstone Pictures 14. ožujka 2014., nekoliko mjeseci prije 20. obljetnice franšize. Unatoč negativnim kritikama, film je na svjetskim kino blagajnama zaradio preko 200 milijuna dolara.
U travnju 2015. objavljeno je da će nastavak producirati China Movie Channel, Jiaflix i 1905.com u suradnji s EA Games.
