Marchesi Antinori’s 2010 Tignanello shows a magnificent aromatic complexity. Balsamic herbs such as rosemary, sage and thyme merge with red forest berries, dried leaves and creosote. The Sangiovese component is slightly higher than previous vintages with 80% of the variety followed by 15% of Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% of Cabernet Franc. The wine is ready to be enjoyed now but can also be kept for another 10 years.
