We offer safe, speedy delivery in partnership with specialist couriers to over 20 countries around the world.

Shipping FAQs

Collection

If you would prefer to collect your order from our shop simply notify a member of the team or select "collection" when checking out online. The collection process is entirely contactless for your peace of mind.

Orders for collection are sometimes available same day or the next working day. A member of the team will be in touch to confirm when your order will be ready once it has been received. 

Same Day Delivery

Delivery of your order on the same day may be possible dependent on a few factors. If you would like to discuss same day delivery options, please call a member of the Hedonism Wines team on 0207 290 7870 or visiting the 'contact us' page before you place your order.

Our Packaging

All the packaging that we use at Hedonism Wines is either fully recyclable or bio-degradable. Bottles are loaded into high grade inflatable packaging and then placed inside reinforced, double-wall cardboard boxes made bespoke for Hedonism Wines. All of this ensures your bottles will arrive safe and sound.

Ex-VAT Shipping

If your order is to be delivered outside the UK, you will pay the lower "ex-VAT" price listed. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to local taxes and duties in the destination country.

Electric Vehicles and DHL GoGreen

For central London deliveries we use a combination of electric vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles while all other UK deliveries and the vast majority of our international deliveries are undertaken using DHL's carbon neutral GoGreen delivery service.

Shipping Destinations

Central London

Deliveries in Central London are undertaken in Hedonism Wines' own vehicles. We offer complimentary delivery to the following post codes and can accommodate AM and PM-specific delivery requests.

W1, WC1, WC2, SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW10, SW11, W2, W8, W9, W11, W14, NW1, NW3, NW8 and SE1.

United Kingdom

Delivery to the United Kingdom is free for orders of six bottles or more, or on orders over £200 in value. Orders are delivered by DHL and usually delivered in 1-3 working days. Standard delivery to a UK address starts  from £7.95.

Pre-12 delivery and Saturday delivery is available to some UK postcodes at £19.95. If this is available to your postcode it will appear as an option at the checkout.

Europe

Deliveries to Europe are undertaken by DHL International. We offer both standard delivery (4-8 working days depending on the destination) and express delivery (3-4 working days) to some European destinations - options will be shown at checkout.

Please note that as per our terms and conditions, Hedonism Wines cannot be held responsible for the actions of foreign customs authorities and it is strongly advised you contact your local customs office before purchasing.

Hong Kong

We are able to ship both wines and spirits to Hong Kong. All wines are stored temperature-controlled upon their arrival in Hong Kong and local delivery is undertaken in temperature-controlled vehicles so you can rest assured that your wine is treated appropriately while in transit. Delivery usually takes 6-8 days from dispatch to delivery.

Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are likely to be subject to local taxes and duties. To avoid you being left with any unexpected local customs bills, please visit the 'contact us' page so we can offer advice on your shipment. It is advisable to contact your local customs office to find out exactly what duties and taxes there may be to pay upon arrival.

Rest of the World

There are  many countries beyond those mentioned above that we can deliver to including Taiwan, Singapore, Macau, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and certain Canadian Territories.

To avoid you being left with any unexpected local customs bills, please visit the 'contact us' page or call the store on +44 (0) 20 7290 7870 so we can do all we can to accommodate your request. It is advisable to contact your local customs office to find out exactly what duties and taxes there may be to pay.

USA

We are able to offer delivery of goods to every American State except Utah. Deliveries are fulfilled by FedEx or UPS (adult signature required) and usually take 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs, local duties and taxes will be automatically calculated at the checkout. This means that once your order has been accepted, you can relax and simply wait for the FedEx driver to arrive with your order.

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship to Utah. We can however deliver to friends, family and work places in neighbouring States, which may be helpful for some customers. We are also unable to fulfil deliveries to PO boxes or military bases.

Returns

Broken or Damaged Goods

If your purchase is broken or damaged in transit please photograph the contents, retain the parcel and contact the team directly on +44 (0) 207 290 7870 or email [email protected].

Bottles Missing or Wrong

If you receive your order and it is missing an item or includes an incorrect item please hold onto the package and contact the team either by calling +44 (0) 207 290 7870 or emailing [email protected] with details.
