Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Shipping
All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight.
The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.
Starting July 1st 2021, the EU ended the low-value consignment relief for shipments equal to or less than €22 for goods to the EU from outside the EU based on arrival date. From July 1st 2021, based on the order date, iHerb is registered in the Import-One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) and will collect, declare, and pay the VAT to the tax authorities for distance sales of imported goods with a value not exceeding €150.
All orders shipped by this carrier are cleared in the Netherlands and will be subject to import and tax regulations of the Netherlands.

Restrictions
At iHerb, we respect the rules and regulations of Greek government and do our best to block Customs prohibited products from our site. However, please be aware, the following substances are not allowed to be imported into Greece: Fish oil, Melatonin, Meat and milk products, and quantities larger than 2kg of powdered infant milk or infant food.
