Dr. Brady serves as Team Physician for Portland State University, providing sports medicine care for varsity athletes in the PSU athletic training room, in her OHSU clinic, as well as on the field during athletic events. 

Dr. Brady (formerly Munch) specializes in the care of patients with sports injuries, especially involving the knee and shoulder. She treats injuries of the bones, muscles, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, joints, and other connective tissue. Her patients include athletes of all ages, skill levels and disciplines. She has a particular interest in patients with joint instability, including:

• Kneecap dislocations
• Shoulder dislocations
• Knee dislocations involving multiple knee ligaments (ACL, PCL, MCL, etc.)

A former collegiate athlete, Dr. Brady enjoys participating in and providing medical care for local sporting events. She has served as the primary care and orthopedic sports medicine doctor in charge of care for the athletes at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO during a rotation in 2016. She also served as a medical volunteer at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. In her spare time, she enjoys trail running and hiking, as well as curling up with a good book on a rainy day.

Dr. Novak completed medical school at Midwestern University in Chicago, IL. After medical school she went on to complete her family medicine residency at the University of Minnesota at an underserved inner-city program in Minneapolis. At the conclusion of her residency, she pursued a fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Utah.

Now residing in Portland she has worked at Oregon Health Sciences University since 2011. Her primary practice focus has been Primary Care Sports Medicine - helping athletes through their acute injuries and helping them to prevent injuries.  She is also trained as an osteopath.  As an osteopath she is trained to treat the overall patient and not just the disease. D.O.s are also trained in manual manipulation, a skill set she has focused on. 

Dr. Baisinger is a chiropractor with a focus on sports medicine and performance. He enjoys working with athletes of all ages, sports and abilities. He is a graduate of University of Western States and member of Oregon Chiropractic Association. In 1997 he opened Clearwater Clinic in downtown Portland. Dr. Baisinger has been a team physician providing sports medicine chiropractic care for Portland State University Athletics since 2002.
