What a fantastic day we had in Querétaro! 💚🤩🎉 We are so honored to have inaugurated our new Technical Center in the presence of Marco Del Prete, Head of the Ministry of Sustainable Development of Querétaro, Mauricio Kuri González, governor of Querétaro, and Delphine Borione, French ambassador to Mexico. The Querétaro technical center will support a wide range of products, from central compute units, displays, lighting modules and high-voltage electrification systems through the full development cycle. Over 100 engineers specialized in software, electronics and system design, as well as system validation, already work here and we expect to employ hundreds more in the years to come. “Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, the Valeo Mobility Technical Center serves as a dynamic hub for research, development and collaboration, empowering us to work closely with global automakers and other partners to accelerate innovation,” said Valeo North American President Jeffrey Shay. “All of you here today play a role in enabling future mobility and fostering growth and development in the region.” Marco Hernández, National Director of Valeo Mexico, emphasized that the new center will not only develop cutting-edge technology, but will also be a meeting place for local and national talent, helping to train future leaders in the automotive industry.

🌟 Do you also have a drive for perfection? 🌟 Zero defects – that’s the goal for ikram Abouanane! Ikram is a Vistronic Quality Project Manager at Valeo Light in Morocco. There she leads quality assurance projects for the printed circuit boards that bring our innovative lighting technologies to life. Ikram and her team put our headlamps and rear lamps to the test in onsite labs, ensuring the PCBs stand up to the harshest of conditions. "I love driving continuous improvement and excellence within our organization," she says. And that takes teamwork. Ikram’s team collaborates regularly with colleagues around the world in Europe, China, India and Mexico to solve quality issues and share best practices. A proud achievement for Ikram was leading the team to implement a comprehensive quality management system, significantly reducing defect rates. "This project underscored the impact of proactive quality management,” said Ikram. “Seeing our hard work result in improved product performance and customer satisfaction is immensely gratifying.”
