NRXN1
ظاهر
نورِکسین-۱-آلفا (انگلیسی: Neurexin-1-alpha) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «NRXN1» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴]
این پروتئین یکی از اعضای خانوادهٔ نورِکسینهاست که در دستگاه عصبی مهرهداران، بهعنوانِ گیرندهٔ سلولی و همچنین مولکولهای چسبندگی سلولی عمل میکنند.
جهش در ژن NRXN1 را بروز اسکیزوفرنی، اوتیسم و ناتوانیهای ذهنی-هوشی دخیل دانستهاند.
این پروتئین با NLGN1، تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.[۵][۶]
