    Specific banking supervision tasks have been conferred on the European Central Bank (ECB) pursuant to primary and secondary EU law. In order to fulfil its supervisory mandate, the ECB can adopt legal acts and also provide and publish opinions on proposed legislation in the area of banking supervision. In this section you will find all ECB banking supervision legal acts – including amendments, corrigenda and consolidated versions – in all relevant official EU languages, as well as relevant case law.

    Find a court case relevant to banking supervision

    Help to search for the year the year used to form the CELEX number, which usually forms part of the title (e.g. 32015R0256: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) <b>2015</b>/256 of (…)).
