"The Group achieved an expansion in turnover of more than 10% also in the second quarter, benefiting both from the consolidation of the professional coffee area and from the continuation of positive trends in the core categories. Over the last few months, we were able to successfully capitalize on structural coffee market growth, further increasing our market share, as well as meeting consumers' new needs in the nutrition and food preparation segment, also thanks to the recent launches of new products that are increasingly focused on a consumer approach to a healthy diet", commented our CEO Fabio de' Longhi. We are thrilled to introduce you to our colleague Sven Wuttig's Social Day initiative. Every year, our employees have an extra day off for social activities. Sven, Senior Lead Product Designer, organized workshops in schools to tell the story of Braun and stimulate children's creativity, helping to train future designers. "I am happy to support children in their creativity by sharing my knowledge and our brand values. Maybe one of them will be a future Braun designer!". We are proud of Sven's commitment and encourage everyone to follow his example! #DeLonghiGroup #EveryDayMakers

We were glad to host the APPLiA delegation at our headquarters in Treviso, as this represented another significant day in our sustainability journey. De' Longhi Group is one of the direct members of APPLiA: the Brussels-based trade association representing one of Europe's largest manufacturing sectors by turnover and employment. Being the voice of the home appliances industry in Europe, APPLiA shared valuable insights on the future evolution of the Green Claims Directive, and other crucial topics such as the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR). The APPLiA team also visited our production facility in Mignagola - Treviso, and interviewed two of our experts: Maurizio Indelli, Process Quality Manager and Alberto Pugno, Assembly Manager; highlighting the importance of manufacturing in Europe. We sincerely thank APPLiA for representing us and we rely on such a professional team to contribute in shaping the future landscape of European regulations. 🌿🔋 #DeLonghiGroup #EveryDayMakers #SwitchOn #Sustainabilty
