What makes a business event successful? In my opinion, interesting guests.   As someone said, "A good interlocutor is always a muse". The purpose of our round tables is not to transfer information from the speaker to the audience and back again, it is an intensive mutual exchange. We call this format business standup. When you gather leaders with a lot of business experience, everyone has something to share. 🌟 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐐 𝐅𝐒 🌟 All Managers from NORRIQ Financial Services had the opportunity to attend a two-day training program at Wearboom Hotel in Dilbeek. On the first day, they participated in insightful sessions led by Murielle Machiels from QiLeader - Solvay Brussels School on adapting to the fast-paced working world. Key takeaways included amongst others the importance of focus, energy management, and the necessity of taking the time to slow down to achieve even better results.   During the second day, The NORRIQ FS management team presented our business development strategy and dived deeper into improving selling techniques. To put the theory into practice, the Managers had fun with role-playing exercises, receiving invaluable feedback from the management team. Catella 🤫🤫 Firstly, I had to promise my colleagues that I would not publish any photos of the evening's off-site activities. .... So, more stills from our offsite last week "north of #Paris"! For the autumn edition of the Catella Academy, Catella gathered almost 100 colleagues, including the Group Management and Managing Directors from all over the Group. Intensive days of parallel training sessions on negotiation, rhetoric and real estate trends, as well as MD meetings to discuss new products and share success stories.
