- This year has been characterised by a large teaching workload due to Course Course and Unit Convener responsibilities covering 90 EFTSL with no sessional support.
- Considerable Service, Engagement, and Leadership contributions have also been made to the discipline, faculty, university, and the broader academic community particularly with regard to flexible learning, development and promotion of open educational resources, and social media engagement.
- Research publications were satisfactory, but research income was not satisfactory, thus a viable plan, and possibly a Performance Improvement Plan, are needed to guide pursuit of future research income.
