This is second iteration of this page, and again it did not moved beyond repeated (second) creation - it's inactive project, without any content whatsoever. Its first iteration was created before 30 March 2007 when it was unanimously deleted for the first time, and then recreated on 17 February 2015 by AnulBanul, a indef blocked sock of Zoupan. It never grown beyond its founding on both creations. Notably, this project - even if it had some activity, which it hadn't - has actually always been redundant, because its scope has been covered by wider WikiProject Bosnia and Herzegovina scope. ౪ Santa ౪99° 12:17, 4 January 2022 (UTC)
- Delete. Both being a fake never-active Wikiproject created by a banned user and the project itself essentially being something of a POV fork of another Wikiproject would each be a valid deletion criterion separately. SnowFire (talk) 18:55, 5 January 2022 (UTC)
- Delete. Not approved by the Wikipedia:WikiProject Council. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Council needs to clearly and explicitly assert that new WikiProjects must pass through their process. The editors there need to stop being tentative. No new WikiProject is so urgent that it doesn’t need the processing/advertising that comes with listing at the Wikipedia:WikiProject Council. —SmokeyJoe (talk) 14:33, 6 January 2022 (UTC)
- Delete as abandoned effort by blocked sock to re-create deleted page. Robert McClenon (talk) 02:44, 11 January 2022 (UTC)
