Project page that has hardly been used since 2007. Most information on this page is stale now. Crusio (talk) 15:52, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment I'm an active member of this project, but in any case I have now placed a note on the project talk page about this discussion, so that other project members can participate in this discussion if they like. Not really necessary, though, the page is tagged so this MfD should appear in the regular article alerts. --Crusio (talk) 16:46, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • And how am I supposed to do that except through an MfD? --Crusio (talk) 20:00, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • I agree with Crusio on this- if there is a project page that he, an active member of the project, feels is eligible for deletion, what better place to discuss it than here? He put a note on the talk page about this discussion and the members should also see it in the article alerts. Any interested members of the project can discuss here just as well as they can on the project talk page. --E♴(talk) 20:29, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • No problem. I agree that people from the project involved should comment on things like this. I voted delete, but "assuming it's not necessary". If someone from the project sees a real need for this page, I'll change my vote. --E♴(talk) 00:52, 1 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
This sub pages should be dealt with by the projects themselves. Projects are free to delete their pages after a deletion discussion. They simply need to talk about it, come to a decision and then apply {{db-xfd|votepage=link to closed deletion discussion}}. See G6. Technical deletions - Uncontroversial maintenance.Moxy (talk) 18:39, 1 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Nom. is a project member. Please read what he and E♴(talk) have written above. --Kleinzach 00:57, 2 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yes we all understand that the nominator is from the project now. What is being pointed out is he has no need to bring this here for us to talk about. I have made mention of this at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Council#Deletion of sub project pages.Moxy (talk) 01:11, 2 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Exactly. If a project decides they need a page deleted, they can simply tag it with {{db-g6}} as uncontroversial housekeeping. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WikiProject Japan! 07:30, 2 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment I have to admit that I did not know this template. I agree that this would be an adequate solution. As there are delete !votes apart from mine, I guess that I cannot withdraw the nomination at this point, but in any case, I change my own position to keep. --Crusio (talk) 07:23, 3 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
