Flickrwashing, there's no way a screenshot of an iOS default app is freely licensed. Might be a case for fair use, but would need a rationale for that. AntiCompositeNumber (Ring me) 00:48, 5 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

File:Bob Quinn, 1946, South Australia.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Thejoebloggsblog (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This image has a restored copyright as it was published after 1 January 1946 in Australia (URAA date), and is therefore not in the public domain in the US. This image cannot be claimed under fair use per failing NFCC#8, i.e. it's not used as the primary form of identification in Bob Quinn (Australian footballer). File:Harold and Maude (1971 film) video cover.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Elonka (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

There are two media images used in the article Harold and Maude, the film poster and this VHS cover. The film poster is used in the infobox and the VHS cover is used in the Plot section of the article against WP:FILMNFI in that the plot section describes the film and is not critical commentary of the image itself. The rationale from the VHS cover is "The image is being used to suggest something of the film's genre and style, as well as to show a scene which identifies the two major stars of the film at that stage in their lives, which is important as one of the main themes of the film, was the age difference between the two main characters." The VHS cover fails WP:NFCC#3a in that the of film poster already is used in the article for means of identification and the everything from the VHS cover's rationale is also expressed in the film poster, although drawn, shows the film's genre and style, identifies the two stars and shows the age difference between the characters. It also fails WP:NFCC#8 because there is no commentary about the cover thereby doing nothing to increase the reader's understanding of the film and its exclusion is not detrimental to the understanding of the film. Aspects (talk) 22:38, 5 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per Aspects. The film poster in the infobox is sufficient to serve as the primary means of identification, and multiple non-free images without vital critical context in the article that cannot otherwise be conveyed is simply overkill.
