Keep - per WP:CREATIVE. The subject has created (written and directed) a notable animation film Allahyar and the Legend of Markhor. Also, he has received a fair amount of media coverage. Insight 3 (talk) 12:10, 4 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Weak Keep - even though he fails WP:GNG, he just qualifies under WP:CREATIVE as having "created or played a major role in co-creating a significant or well-known work." That work, Allahyar and the Legend of Markhor, received a couple of significant awards. The reason my recommendation is weak is that the coverage of that work may not rise to the standard of being "the primary subject of multiple independent periodical articles or reviews". In particular, the first 8 refs under "Reception" were all about the trailer rather than the film itself, so do not contribute. Comment Although he wrote and directed the film, if you take a look at the film, the page is filled with references from a mix of primary, gaming and blog news posts. A few credible sources are covering its trailer as regular news. However, more contributions would be somewhat agreeable. M.Ashraf333 (talk) 12:54, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Uzair Zaheer Khan has done so much in the field of animation in Pakistan that a separate page about his information should be on Wikipedia.
