Recreation of an article previously deleted by PROD. Concern was Article about a footballer who fails WP:GNG and who has not played in a fully pro league. This remains valid. Sir Sputnik (talk) 16:01, 22 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Keep - he has played in a match in the Toto Cup Ligat Al, a competition only open to teams playing in the Israeli Premier League. As he has played a competitive game between two teams both from a fully-professional league - in other words a fully-professional cup competition - I am happy to say he meets WP:NFOOTBALL.
