There are not enough reliable sources available to support this article. Although there are several personal blogs that casually reference the concept of the "quinary sector," there is no evidence that this term is used by professional economists, published books, or other widely-respected sources. It would be better to simply mention the quinary sector as a possible extension of the "three-sector theory" on the three-sector theory page, rather than to devote an entire Wikipedia page to a concept that is not widely used by professionals or academics.
