I don't see significant coverage of this source, although I might be missing non-english sources. Sources currently linked in the article aren't reliable sources and a search online turns up more of the same type of non-reliable and/or non-significant coverage in sources. Are you joking? Vykhodtsev is founder and owner of the retail chain, that took the sixth place among Ukrainian retail chains and 76th place in the rating of the largest Ukrainian companies.

I have limited internet to view those articles currently, but from what I can tell, they seem to be press-releases or paid-for mentions (or otherwise written in advertisement-like language).
