There are few sources cited. Some are simply website directories, while others are direct links to events that Amo spoke at. The few articles cited are mostly local sources giving routine coverage to his White House job or his campaign. Doesn't seem to have gotten the ongoing, in-depth, national coverage required for a Wikipedia article; in my opinion, this page fails both WP:GNG and WP:NPOL. Comment:I think the campaign + the white house position is enough to counter WP:1E concerns. However, I also don't think he meets WP:NPOL. So unless he meets WP:GNG, he should be deleted. TulsaPoliticsFan (talk) 18:43, 31 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Keep for now, reexamine if he loses election Gabe Amo is currently running for Congress. If he wins the election, then I believe he is definitely notable enough to keep on Wikipedia. However, if he loses, I'll rethink my position. ❤History Theorist❤ 23:48, 1 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

That's not really the job of Wikipedia. We're not supposed to be a database of biographies, we're supposed to have articles on notable people. Delete a WP:PROMOtional article in support of his political campaign. Should probably have already been deleted by now. The first version of this - before he announced a candidacy - fails WP:GNG. If he wins the campaign we can restore the article, but since we consistently delete people who are only notable for being candidates, we shouldn't keep this around as he's only notable because he's running for office. Redirect to 2023 Rhode Island's 1st congressional district special election as a usual and appropriate outcome for candidates for the US House of Representatives. There is no sense that the subject has received the national and international coverage that would suggest the subject is much more notable than average.
