The sources provided are weak and I can't find anything from searching the Bengali name "ক্যান্টনমেন্ট কলেজ, কুমিল্লা" or alternatively "কুমিল্লা ক্যান্টনমেন্ট কলেজ" to suggest that this high school meets either WP:NORG or even WP:GNG.
