need a butchers help
[edit]hi there! i saw your user page and i couldnt help be ask you for a little of your knowledge of butchering. i'm trying to make a template for all the different beef steaks out there, and i think i'm going to use this image:
problem is all the beef cuts/beef steak articles out there, well, suck. i also don't know a whole lot about beef (why i was looking around in the first place). thus, im trying to understand enough about it sos that i can make a little organization around wikipedia so the next guy isn't left in a rut like me. Anyways, was wondering if you couldn't off the top of your head spout out a list of steaks and what cut they come from could ya? the template is going to look OH so nice, i'll keep you in the template loop about it so to speak. :) JoeSmack Talk 16:23, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
