Invitation to join the Fifteen Year Society

Dear Tgeorgescu/Archives/2019/May,

I'd like to extend a cordial invitation to you to join the Fifteen Year Society, an informal group for editors who've been participating in the Wikipedia project for fifteen years or more.

Best regards, Urhixidur (talk) 16:44, 9 May 2019 (UTC)

I am lost in space. Can you help me out?

Dear Tgeorgescu, I am lost in space. Recently I have been adding several books that I think have historical value at Witchcraft ("Witch" redirects here) at Further Reading. These books have included:

Wicker, Christine. Not In Kansas Anymore: A Curious Tale of How Magic Is Transforming America, HarperSanFrancisco, 2005

Dybis, Karen. The Witch of Delray Rose Veres & Detroit's Infamous 1930s Murder Mystery. History Press, 2017

Jahner, David. The Witch of Lime Street: Seance, Seduction, and Houdini in the Spirit World. New York: Crown Publishers, 2015

I must be doing something inappropriate for my additions are deleted with this explanation:

CorbieVreccan (talk | contribs) (Reverted edits by Miistermagico: Mass addition of the same book as "further reading" to all these pages looks like it could be WP:CITESPAM. If it doesn't cite particular content, it's not needed.

I like to keep administrator honchos happy. But these deletions confuse me. Can you SPELL OUT what I have done WRONG so a GRUNT like myself can UNDERSTAND my ERROR and correct my inappropriate actions. I hope to hear from you soon on my Miistermagico Talk page. Thank you. Happy magic Miistermagico (talk) 20:22, 10 May 2019 (UTC)

Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Witchcraft. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. I don't know if you have a personal, WP:COI connection to any of these publishers, or if you just like adding lists or collections, but Wikipedia is not a random collection of data. Stop adding books to articles unless they are needed to cite content. Just because you enjoyed the book, doesn't mean it belongs on Wikipedia. - CorbieV 18:36, 10 May 2019 (UTC)

Strong's lexicon

I am pretty sure I've read it isn't a reliable source - is it generally considered reliable? Thanks. Doug Weller talk 11:37, 12 May 2019 (UTC)

@Doug Weller: I don't know enough about that. I would give a 100 years limit for admission as WP:RS. Tgeorgescu (talk) 12:46, 12 May 2019 (UTC)
