Hello, Streambsm. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, G. Puaneswaran, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want G. Puaneswaran to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on List of Malaysian football transfers April 2013 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. A tag has been placed on List of Malaysian football transfers April 2013, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The article List of Malaysian football transfers April 2013 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

CSD declined "not a test page" but this is a copy and paste dump of another article, which would appear to be some kind of test.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Nor Farhan Muhammad, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Mohd Nor Farhan Muhammad. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 08:23, 17 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Mohd Sharbinee Allawee Ramli a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you. Hi, I appreciate your edits and contributions. But please make sure they are of relevance, as the inclusion of qualifying for the Malaysia Cup play-off is not needed in the table (in this case, might as well highlight all top 10 teams from MSL qualified for the Malaysia Cup), including the ASL as FAM has not mentioned how they are going to do about it.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2016 Terengganu FA season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Larkin. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Recent moves

[edit]

Please don't move articles by creating a new one and then changing the old one to a redirect, it messes up the page history. Instead, and only for non-controversial moves, you should use the Move option in the "More" drop down at the top of the page. If you have any feeling though that someone might object to the move you should start a formal WP:RM on the article talk page. Thanks. Fenix down (talk) 10:08, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article Kipré Tchétché has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable player. Has not played in a fully-professional league per NFOOTY guidelines.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sources

[edit]

Hello, can you please add your sources to Suffian Abdul Rahman? It is currently an unreferenced biography of a living person so may be tagged for deletion. It has 'external links' but that only means 'suggestions for further reading'. It needs your sources, clearly given and WP:INLINECITED. Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 13:50, 28 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Same for Kipré Tchétché. Boleyn (talk) 13:53, 28 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Muhammad Syazwan Yusoff a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Information icon Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to Mohd Suffian Abdul Rahman. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains under way. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the testWikipedia. Thank you. Dl2000 (talk) 22:42, 28 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
