Speedy deletion nomination of Rif RD

Hello Rif RD,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Rif RD for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

Since you say that you want more time, I have moved the page to User:Rif RD/Rif RD, where it can be worked on until it is ready for the main article space.
