Thanks for doing some work on South Australian state politics - we always need more people to cover that, and South Australia's one area where I haven't really had a chance to do much more than create the member lists. Just some little things though - you might want to have a read through Wikipedia:Manual of style, as there's some formatting conventions that we generally use (like bolding the subject of an article). You may also want to have a read through Wikipedia:Neutral point of view - while I like Hanna a lot, usually we try to keep articles neutral, and his article is currently a bit glowing. Thirdly, for images to be usable on Wikipedia, we need them to be either public domain or released under a free license - the photo of Hanna that you uploaded is at risk of being deleted for having no copyright information. Finally, I noticed you'd created Division of Mitchell for the South Australian electorate. While this is excellent (so far we've only really got state electorate articles in NT and WA, and we need more), we generally only use the Division of **** convention for federal politics - the Division of Mitchell is Alan Cadman's seat in Sydney. We so far haven't got a uniform convention for state-level electorates - Western Australia uses Electoral district of ****, NT uses Electoral division of ****, and New South Wales uses State Electoral District of ****, New South Wales. You may want to decide on what to use for SA - in the meantime, I've moved the article to User:Zzymurgy/Division of Mitchell (so it doesn't get mixed up with all the links to the federal seat). Sorry to be a bit nitpicky - there's just some small issues, but I really hope you stick around - we need every editor that we can get in these areas. Ambi 01:27, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Electoral districts
[edit]Hi PabloZ. I see you're starting work on the state's Electoral Districts. Enjoy yourself, it should be an interesting project. Most of the articles in Category:Towns in South Australia already contain a reference to their electoral district, but it's not presently a wikilink. I've fixed the name of the new template entry in Wikipedia:WikiProject Adelaide for you. Is it necessary to have that template as a stub template? Or is it better to make it a list of the districts, like LGASA ? That's what I expected from its name. While the articles are incomplete, they can be marked with Australia-gov-stub or Adelaide-geo-stub. --ScottDavis 02:47, 21 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- While you're on the topic of electoral districts, you may be interested in the discussion currently being had about standardising naming conventions across the country. It might affect a couple of your articles, so you're welcome to join in here if interested. Ambi 17:56, 22 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Would you have any idea how to find out when the other state branches of the Greens were founded, and where to get the rest of the information for the party infobox? You seem to have found it for SA, but I can't seem to find the information anywhere for either the NT or ACT branches. Ambi 14:18, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- Me again. You seem to have been away for a few days, and things have moved on. I've switched the template to a navigation panel. I hope this is OK with you. Please consider joining the Wikiproject Australian politics when you get back. I think the naming convention you've used is the one that's been chosen for electoral district articles. --ScottDavis 04:44, 25 Jun 2005 (UTC)

You added yourself to the wikimoney list, and there were two problems with your edits. First, the only way to get free wikimoney is by having 200 edits. Seeing as you don't quite have that many edits, you are not entitled to free ψ. Secondly, once 200 edits has been reached, you don't get to ψ45 as you supposed, you only get 20. Don't worry, 11 more edits, and you're eligible. McKay 17:38, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

Image source problem with Image:Act greens.gif
[edit]left|Image Copyright problem This is an automated message from a robot. You have recently uploaded Image:Act greens.gif. The file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged. As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the GFDL-self tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use. If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 11:34, 7 September 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. If you believe you received this message in error, please notify the bot's owner. Replaceable fair use Image:Sarah Hanson-Young.jpg
[edit]32px|left|Replaceable fair use Thanks for uploading Image:Sarah Hanson-Young.jpg. I noticed the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add

, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself. If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if not used in an article), per our Fair Use policy. left|40px This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. File permission problem with File:Robert Andrew Simms.png
[edit]64px|left|alt=|link= Thanks for uploading File:Robert Andrew Simms.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license. If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add OTRS pending to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as non-free fair use or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use. If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Robert Andrew Simms.jpg
[edit]48px|left|alt=|link= A tag has been placed on File:Robert Andrew Simms.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image licensed as "for non-commercial use only," "non-derivative use" or "used with permission," it has not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. [1], and it was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19, or is not used in any articles. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then:
- state clearly the source of the image. If it has been copied from elsewhere on the web you should provide links to: the image itself, the page which uses it and the page which contains the license conditions.
- add the relevant copyright tag.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. [edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Springbank Secondary College, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page AFL (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
