OFFICIAL RETIREMENTS AS OF TODAY

[edit]

Return Date (if any)-November 2012 at earliest More likely-Martha Erin and I may never come back (before 2020 at least): too many admins and high standing normal editors biting newcomers (Martha and I being two of them), giving themselves higher marks than deserved. Wikipedia rules have become very restricting to many people (us included).

Abandoning Wikipedia due to Wikistress from the fact too many admins and good-standing editors are always picking the "popular" editors and not respecting us.

Sincerely

Melinda (Martha Erin's sister)

Our Blockage Reasons

Meat Puppet accounts

Editing while using shared accounts

Being naive

University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Student

[edit]

Melinda Gabrielle 02:32, Monday, November 10, 2008 (CST/Twin Cities Time)

Upon returning to Wikipedia after college in later years, the mission of me-MDCCCXLVIII-is to try WikiProject History, WikiProject Music and WikiProject Arts while editing Wikipedia with my own spare time. The indefinite block me and Martha Erin received presented an important lesson: never share your accounts alongside other editors and never recruit any meatpuppets (meaning never use partners for editing Wikipedia with you, because meat puppetry and sock puppetry are treated almost the same). In the meantime however, Martha Erin and I are in college at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse; VERY busy. MY intention is converting to Cleveland State University after receiving my Bachelor's at UW-Lacrosse; my sister Martha has chosen to go to Cleveland State with me.

After returning, I request adoption by whosoever should be willing to help me become better as a true editor while I create edits over Wikipedia.

Until then, cheers.
