I restored a better map on Tang Taizong article. See here. As I said, I fully agree with Korean history on this point : Tang Taizong falled to submit Goguryeo as of 645 campaign. At his death (649), Goguryeo was not under Tang Taizong rule. His son, Tang Gaozong did it only in 665-668 campaigns
