Evaluation

[edit]

I checked over your request for an evaluation of Alessandro Safina, the Italian tenor, from the point of view of the WikiProject Biography. The previous evaluation, "C", was in my opinion, a bit generous, but I won't change it. I think the article ought to quote some serious reviews of his talent and his performances, if any exist. A list of the tracks on various discs is not much of a bio. His operatic career seems to have gone nowhere. Any particular reason why? --Vicedomino (talk) 01:00, 31 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you and I appreciate the evaluation! As far as Safina's opera career, from what I have read and I believe referenced, he has not pursued an opera career, but Classical Crossover genre (i.e. Bocelli, Frangoulis, etc.) Also, from what I have read and understand, his career, other than in the States, is well-established. As such, both the Italian and French Wiki articles have much more information. I am relatively "new" around here, so I've not been sure about quoting people's opinions about his voice. I do appreciate your review and opinion, and the time that you took to critique the article. Any other suggestions would be most appreciated. GrammerCracker96 (talk) 15:12, 31 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
