Hallo, I've removed what you added to the "disambiguation page" at Care, because it is not appropriate to add article content there. That page is for navigating to all the articles which might be what someone wants if they search for "Care". You could start a new article for your topic. See Wikipedia:Your first article for a lot of advice, including information about the Article Creation Wizard which you might find helpful.
