[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Yaxley v Gotts. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. [1] MrOllie (talk) 13:49, 6 August 2019 (UTC)
- In view of the cautionary note above, could you explain why you considered the external links to academicexperts.com that you added to United Kingdom insolvency law and With v O'Flanagan were important enough to be added there, but were not so precedent setting as needing to be mentioned in the body of the respective articles. It may not have been your intention but your edits look like product placement. Please read WP:ELNO and reread the advice above. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 18:13, 29 December 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Leschnei. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to PWT have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. - Ok, I will keep it in mind.
- Thank you. Aglomerat (talk) 06:40, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
PWT
[edit]Please don't continue to add an external link to PWT. Per MOS:DABNOLINK, disambiguation pages should only include links to Wikipedia articles. Leschnei (talk) 12:08, 25 August 2023 (UTC)
