Joan Baez
[edit]Do you have any proof that the photo in the article is indeed identical to that of the album cover? Is it not possible that the original photo was used as a press photo in 1963, as stated by the photo description on Common? It is up to you to prove that with reliable evidence. The Banner talk 21:08, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
The proof is clearly visible by looking at the photo used on Joan Baez, Vol 2 (released September 1961), and the main article photo together. They are clearly the same photo. Suggesting otherwise is absurd. It may have been used as a press photo two or more years after it was taken but, but was clearly not taken in 1963, when it was used on a 1961 album cover.
- Apologies. My esteemed colleague gets carried away, sometimes. You are, of course, 100% right on this one. Kleuske (talk) 00:46, 24 November 2016 (UTC)
