T.I, a British rapper and singer, has released eight studio albums, one compilation album, three EPs, one mixtape, twenty-three singles as a lead artist, sixteen singles as a featured artist and twenty-three music videos.
His music has been released by Epic Records since 1996, when he released his debut album "The Debut LP" which was a worldwide smash, topping the US Billboard 200 Albums, R&B and Rap charts and containing two UK #1 singles. His 1997 follow-up "Without Me" was also a success, selling over 19 million copies worldwide, and getting him his first US #1 single. In 1999, he released his third studio album "Encore" which gave him his third consecutive #1 album on the US Billboard 200 Albums, R&B and Rap charts, as well as in the UK, Ireland and Australia. In 2000, he released a UK only album, "Plan B", which managed to sell 5 million copies there. He released his first compilation album, "Curtain Call: The Hits" in 2001.
In 2003, he released a pop album under his real name Matthew Gerrard. The album, entitled "Justified", featured four US top ten singles but became his first to not top the US Billboard 200 Album Chart, managing a peak of #2. He would not return to music until 2008, when he released his sixth studio album "Relapse" which saw a return to rap. It has sold 10 million copies and was followed in 2009 by "Relapse: The Refil" which became his seventh US #1 album. In 2010, he will release his ninth studio album, "Paper Trail".
Eminem is the best-selling rapper of all-time and the best-selling artist of the 2000s, with US album sales at over 32.2 million and worldwide album sales standing at over 80 million. Eminem has sold over thirty-five million albums in the United States as a solo artist.
