Hi! I have been contributing to Wikipedia since a little before March 20, 2006. My interests lie mainly in the geology areas of science with a focus in Paleontology, specifically paleobotany and paleoentomology. For the past eight plus years I have concentrated on creating and expanding the wikipedia coverage of Tertiary fossil plants from western North America, and the overall coverage of fossil insect taxa.
My other interests are microphotography, vulcanology, minerology and general geology.

Fifty? .... well you are well on your way to seventy. I have been impressed by not only the articles, but the photographs too. So many extinct animals ... until we get the "Jurassis Park" technology working on ancient DNA then I think we will have to rely on Kevmin to bring these bugs and plants alive! Well done, You deserve the barnstars you have gathered. Thanks from me and the wiki Victuallers (talk) 10:13, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
