Losant IoT (formerly Structure IoT) is a Cincinnati-based Internet of Things company focused on building connections between disparate data, devices, and technology. The company's software platform allows users to collect information from a wide variety of smart devices and enable those devices to communicate and interact with each other.

[edit]Losant was founded in October of 2015 by Charlie Key and Brandon Cannaday. The two entrepreneurs previously co-founded Modulus, a Node.js and MongoDB cloud platform acquired by Progress Software in 2014.[1]
