Dr. Shankar Prasad Uprety was a Nepalese politician and philanthropist.
Personal life
[edit]Shankar Prasad Uprety was born in c. 1932-1933 in Tehrathum District, Province No. 1, Nepal.[1] Around 1960-1961, he got his MBBS degree from Kanpur, India.[2] Uprety has a son Sanjeev Uprety, acclaimed litterateur, academic, and activist.[1]
